After 15 years as a senior commercial banker with Westpac and ANZ, I know what a business looks like when it’s ready to grow, and exactly what a lender needs to see to back it. That’s the gap I fill. Not a coach who talks mindset, a strategist who reads your balance sheet, helps you set real goals, closes the gaps in your business and then makes sure the finance is there when you need it.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need to start at Step 1?
No. Most established businesses come straight in at the Growth Blueprint. The free builder is there for anyone who wants to have a go first.
Are you a business coach?
Not really. I’m a strategist with a banking background. We will talk about goals and accountability, but we’ll spend just as much time on margin, cash and what a lender will fund.
Do you replace my accountant?
No, and I don’t want to. I work alongside your accountant and make their job easier. Tax and personal financial product advice stays with them.
What if I need finance during the program?
That’s the point. HSA is a finance brokerage with access to over 60 lenders, so when the plan needs capital we’re already set up to go and get it.
Are prices fixed?
Yes. What’s on this page is what you pay, plus GST. No hidden extras. Founding pricing on the Blueprint is for the first 10 clients only.
Can we do this remotely?
Absolutely. Most sessions are on video, and I travel to clients around Australia when it makes sense.
